Christ Covenant wants you to know
about these opportunities from organizations
in our area.
Greyfriars Classical Academy (GCA), located in Matthews, NC, is a classical, Christian high school which opened in the fall of 2009. GCA is a day school, but our class structure resembles that of a university, meeting together Mondays, Wednesdays and part of Fridays. Our curriculum integrates theology, history, literature, mathematics, science, aesthetics, logic, rhetoric, and language (Latin and Spanish). Each subject is taught from a decidedly biblical worldview by an expert in the field.

Love INC Ministries
Love in the Name of Christ is looking for volunteers eager to show Christ’s love in practical ways to those in our community who are not connected to a local church. You can help with light housework, yard work, visiting and talking about Christ and the Gospel, or offering services through your company. Gwen Troxell, a long-time member at our church, is actively involved in this ministry and would love to talk to you about your potential involvement. Contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org or 704-996-2134.
Adopt A Soldier Ministry
Help us stay in touch with members of the military who are connected to our congregation. Adopting a soldier includes sending letters or cards of encouragement, occasional care packages, and most importantly, praying for your "adopted" soldier. This is a great ministry for small groups or families. Do you know someone in the military who we should adopt? If you have a family member or friend that you’d like included in our program, please call or email with the name and mailing information for that service member. To adopt a soldier, to add one to the list or to help with our ministry, contact Jill Andersen at 704-846-8784 or email@example.com.
