Christ Covenant seeks to equip our members to take the gospel to their spheres of influence through training, coaching and teaching. We also facilitate neighborhood outreach efforts, create and/or partner with outreach ministries to reach the city and support local ministries of mercy and outreach.

Gideons International

The Gideons International is an Association of Christian business and professional men and their wives dedicated to telling people about Jesus through associating together for service, sharing personal testimony, and by providing Bibles and New Testaments. While the Gideons are often recognized for work with hotels, they also place and distribute Scriptures in strategic locations so they are available to those who want them, as well as to those who may not know they need them.

Charlotte YoungLives (Young Life’s ministry for teen moms) brings
pregnant and parenting teens and their babies together for support, encouragement and fun. YoungLives provides mentorships and community while sharing the gospel with teen moms and dads. There are an estimated 1,000 teen pregnancies a year in Charlotte. The youth who participate in the program are often from non-intact families and live in poverty. They are also at a higher risk for dropping out of high school, and most come from unchurched homes. They need love and support to be able to hear the message of the gospel.
