Lumberton Mission Church | Church Planter
There are thousands of people in Lumberton and Robeson counties who do not yet know Jesus as their Savior and friend. Additionally, Robeson County is one of the poorest counties in North Carolina and had the highest crime rate in the state in 2022. The Martins are planting Lumberton Mission Church to be a community of disciples who make more disciples, all for God’s glory and grace. Their hope is that their church will reflect the diversity of their community, using the gospel to bring people from all backgrounds together into the unified family of God.
- Pray that the Lumberton Mission Church community
will be rooted in the grace of God for this gospel ministry. - Pray that God will raise up more disciples who can join the
church plant in the work of making disciples. - Pray that God will open the hearts of many non-Christians to put their trust in Jesus.
- Pray that God will remind the Martins every day of how much he loves them and that he is with them.
- Pray that God will enable them to have a regular rhythm to
rest and enjoy time together as a family. - Pray for Andrew and Heather to have wisdom in discipling their children as they point them to the grace and beauty of Jesus.
