Hope International Church of Brussels | MTW Church Planting Team
Julian and Rachel serve on a church planting team with Mission to the World (MTW). Julian is the teaching elder of Hope International Church of Brussels, and Rachel serves as a leader and trainer with Community Bible Study International, an inductive Bible study organization.
In Belgium, the need for the hope of the gospel is clear, as only 1% of the population claims to be evangelical. Brussels is an international city that wholeheartedly embraces the pursuit of progress, and as a result, people are lonely, disconnected, and struggle to grasp the fulfillment that modernity promises.
- Amidst these challenges, the church is growing (praise God!) and needs a new building for their worship service. Finding spaces to rent in Brussels is challenging for religious organizations, so pray for this process.
- Pray for the individuals they are ministering to, as many are walking through various paths of suffering.
- Pray for their family, that they would have energy to balance their responsibilities to ministry and to their children.
