Reconciliation Church | Church Planter
Russell & Latoya are church planters with Reconciliation Church in Knightdale, NC. Russell’s job is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and equip their congregation to do the work of ministry. The area where they serve is a very diverse area. Historically, it has been primarily an African American community (along with other sub-dominant cultures). But now, with gentrification, the community is changing and minorities are being pushed out of those communities because of affordability.
- Praise the Lord that the church has three men who passed their exams to become ruling elders and two men enrolled in LAMP Seminary.
- Pray that they will begin to develop a clear vision for the church as a regional church instead of a neighborhood church.
- Pray for them to develop an outreach plan for Raleigh.
- Pray for Russell and Latoya’s family, particularly for their son to walk with the Lord.
- Pray for the health of both of their parents.
- Pray that they will live with God’s kingdom in mind, that his will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
