Joy Singers

All senior adult singers are welcome! Joy Singers meets on Mondays, from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm, in the worship center, room 211. Joy Singers meet September 18, 2023 – November 20, 2023 and then from January 8, 2024 – May 20, 2024. To participate and to learn more, contact Liz McNulty.

Senior Adult “Thursday” School

The Senior Adult class will be studying “Walking in the Land of the Bible-Creating a Mental Map for Bible Reading.” Weekly classes are held in the worship center from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm. To attend in person, please register at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60B0444AAAF2EA2FC1-senior2 or by contacting Jenny Blackmon, ministry administrator, at jblackmon@christcovenant.org or by calling 704-708-6104. Classes will also be recorded and livestreamed. All class notes will be available on Sundays at 9:00 am on christcovenant.org/senior-adult-sunday-school/.

All senior adults are invited to join us at the Fall Kickoff Luncheon, on Friday, September 22, 2023, from 11:45 am – 1:00 pm, in the Community Living Center rooms 5 & 6 (CLC). Please RSVP by contacting Jenny at jblackmon@christcovenant.org. Lunch is $7.00 per person.

Senior Adult Monthly Luncheon

All senior adults are welcome to join the monthly luncheon that happens on the 1st Friday of the month in Community Life Center (CLC) 5 & 6. Social time begins at 11:45 am and lunch at 12:00 pm. Contact Jenny Blackmon by the Friday prior to the luncheon to RSVP. A $7 gift to
cover food costs is appreciated.

Senior Adults “Thursday” School

Pastor Creswell’s “Thursday” School meets every Thursday in the Worship Center from 4pm-5pm. Each “Thursday” School includes announcements, hymn-singing, prayer, and teaching. Please sign up by contacting Jenny Blackmon at jblackmon@christcovenant.org or at 704-708-6104 if you plan to attend in-person. If you are not able to attend in-person, you can watch the livestream on Thursdays at 4pm or watch on Sundays on Vimeo, YouTube.
