Samuel and Carol have been called to plant a church in the center of Paris. Their ministry focuses on Sunday morning worship and special celebrations like Reformation Sunday, Nativity, and Holy Week. Their ministry is to bring, establish and pursue a vision that constantly needs to be renewed due to high turnover. After recently celebrating the church’s 10th-year anniversary, they are now seeking to develop this ministry by reenforcing the existing church as well as multiplying other projects.
“The central area of Paris is not just a city center. It is also the center of French culture, academics, politics, the arts… this is where the French Reformation started. Upon our arrival, there was no French-speaking, Gospel-centered worship. Our goal is to bring as many people as possible to meet our Covenant God, both locally and in the surrounding areas.”
Prayer Requests
- Pray for clear guidance for the development of the project, in the Paris center and elsewhere.
- Pray for our growing young adult community who are very motivated to use their gifts and grow in the knowledge of Christ.
- Pray for our music department, for proper leadership, and a growing spirit of worship among the musicians.
