Fall: The Life of Abraham
“I will surely multiply your offspring as the stars of heaven” (Genesis 22:17). God’s covenant not only promises Abraham many descendants but also initiates the unfolding of his redemptive plan. Through Jesus Christ, the most significant descendant of all, we are given the opportunity to join the family of God. Abraham’s story marks the beginning of our story. Join us for tis 8-week study as we learn about the life of Abraham and how his story fits into the bigger picture of God’s plan of salvation.
Winter: The Covenantal Life
Today, many of us have lost our appreciation of the beauty of covenant theology and covenant community, and this has had dire consequences for us, resulting in misunderstandings of theology and individualism and isolationism in the church. Author Sarah Ivill believes that a key solution to this problem is a robust understanding of covenant theology, which will deepen our knowledge of Scripture and enable us to truly serve our sisters by pointing them to Christ. In The Covenantal Life, Sarah Ivill clearly and concisely sets forth the beauty of covenant theology and covenant community and encourages us to learn sound doctrine so that we can think biblically about the circumstances in our lives—and then help our sisters in Christ to do so as well.
This will be a short three-week study in January with teaching by Sarah Ivill!
Spring: 1 and 2 Peter
Peter’s Epistles are a rallying cry for hope. Written to a young church facing intensifying persecution, they showcase the living hope of the gospel even in the midst of trials and tribulation. Using Lydia Brownback’s study we will dig deeper into the books of 1–2 Peter and learn that God does not abandon us in our suffering. Through the themes of suffering, the transformative power of God, spiritual authority, false teachers, and the last days, Peter directs us to the God who is faithful in our trials, working them for his glory and for our good.

Dates: September 21, 2026 – April 14, 2027
Groups Meet at the Following Times:
Mondays from 9:00am-10:30am
Tuesdays from 10:00 – 11:30 am (childcare offered) (These groups are full. Click here to join the waitlist.)
Tuesdays from 1:15-2:45pm (This group is full. Click here to join the waitlist.)
Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30pm
Tuesdays from 6:30-8:00pm (Both a mixed age group and a group designed for young women ages 18-22 are offered this time)
Tuesdays from 7:15-8:45pm (Zoom Group)
Tuesdays from 7:00-8:30pm (group designed for women ages 25-30)
Wednesdays from 9:30-11:00am
Wednesdays from 7:00-8:30pm
Format: Participants meet weekly in small groups to go over their Bible study lesson and spend time in prayer. On the first Tuesday of each month, Tuesday morning participants meet in a large group for fellowship and a lecture. The lecture is recorded and posted online for ladies in groups meeting at other times.
Childcare: Childcare is available for infants through preschoolers. A homeschool room is also available for elementary-age homeschoolers.
Homework and Fees
Homework: The estimated weekly time for homework is 1-2 hours.
Bible Study Fee: $50 ($45 before August 24)
Childcare Fees (for ladies who register children for childcare): $25 for the first child, $10 for each additional child
