Aaron brings a rich blend of experience, from the military to corporate leadership to church ministry. A U.S. Army veteran, he served alongside Army chaplains as a mental health counselor for eight years, supporting soldiers and families through seasons of hardship and healing. After his military service, Aaron spent over a decade leading teams in nonprofits and high-growth businesses. In 2020, he and his wife, Laura, co-founded a consulting firm that has successfully served faith-driven leaders and other organizations here in Charlotte. Most recently, Aaron has stepped into full-time ministry at Christ Covenant Church as Pastor of Shepherding and Discipleship.
He holds a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has served in previous church roles as a worship director and in teaching and discipleship ministries. With a heart for spiritual formation and gospel-centered growth, he enjoys serving the members of Christ Covenant in his new role. Aaron and Laura have been part of Christ Covenant Church since 2021 when they moved from Massachusetts. They have four children, Julia (18), Brayden (16), and Ava (14), and Nathaniel (7 months).
