We envision 18|22 being a disciple-making hub where young adults are rooted in gospel convictions and biblical literacy, known and cared for within genuine relationships, equipped to serve, lead, and witness within the life of the church, and sent into their next season — whether campus, career, or mission field — with the tools and experience to make disciples in their daily lives.
The core values of Christ Covenant’s 18|22 ministry are the following:
- Gospel-Centered Growth: The gospel is not only how we begin the Christian life but how we grow. Every gathering, relationship, and conversation aims to deepen our grasp of grace (1 Thessalonians 5:23).
- Biblical Maturity: We pursue maturity of head, heart, and hands, anchored in Scripture and shaped by sound doctrine (Ephesians 4:12-16).
- Authentic Hospitality: We open our lives to one another, reflecting Christ’s welcome, patience, and compassion (Romans 12:9-13).
- Missional Living: We live sent, praying for and engaging our campuses, workplaces, and neighborhoods with wisdom and grace (Colossians 4:2-6).
