WordPartners trains under-resourced pastors in 40+ countries to preach God’s Word with God’s heart. Dave is involved in training pastors in the essential principles of biblical interpretation until they are equipped to preach expositionally and can train others to do the same. Many of the pastors they train have not received biblical-theological training and live in places that are hostile toward Christianity. Others have been seduced by a false gospel, especially the prosperity “gospel.”
- Pray for the training of pastors in Central Asia, where doors for the gospel are opening in the midst of persecution.
- Pray for the pastors training in Myanmar where some have had church property confiscated. They are living in the midst of political unrest.
- Pray for the pastors trained in Ukraine and in Russia, that they would be a beacon of hope in the midst of war.
- Pray for the pastors training in Haiti as they minister in the midst of demonic oppression and economic and political instability.
- Pray for house church leaders that WordPartners is training in North Africa as they take the gospel to places that are difficult to enter.
