Myers Park Mission Church | Church Planter
Myers Park is one of the most highly educated and affluent places in all of the Southeast. The spiritual climate is very lukewarm or cold, as people have everything they need materially but are spiritually impoverished. Greg is actively engaged in evangelism, gathering interested members for a launch team, fundraising, and various other church planting tasks. Christie is a mom, homemaker, and supports Greg in his role.
- Pray for the additional funds the Salazars need to meet their 2025 fundraising goals. Additionally, they need to raise $415,000 for the next 4.5 years.
- Pray that God will provide these funds and provide outward-focused people who are eager to share the gospel with lost people in Myers Park to be part of the launch team.
- Pray that God will provide facility space for Sunday morning worship when that time comes, and for office and ministry space to lease in the next six months.
- Pray for Greg and Christie as they seek a Christian school for their children to attend. Finding a school with availability that is affordable can be a challenge.
- Pray that the Salazars will be able to sell their home in Savannah this spring and find a house in Charlotte.
- Pray that God will continue to grow them closer as a family and give them opportunities to build relationships with their neighbors.
