Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) at Oklahoma State University | Campus Minister
Oklahoma does not have a strong Reformed presence, and many students struggle with legalism and fundamentalism. At Oklahoma State University, many students believe that attending church or living a moral life is enough for salvation. The RUF ministry at Oklahoma State University draws students to Christ and sends them out with a love for the church that goes beyond a mere moralistic commitment. JR is the Campus Minister for RUF at Oklahoma State, and their mission is to reach students for Christ and equip them to serve the church. Mary stays at home with their six children.
- Pray that the Lord will bless the work of the RUF interns, Rachel and Reuben, and build them up.
- Pray for the RUF Student Leadership team to be unified and grow in their desire to share the gospel.
- Pray for the 2025 freshman class, that the Lord will prepare their hearts even now.
- Pray for financial support and for more supporters to catch the vision.
- Pray for Grace Presbyterian Church, the local church in Stillwater, OK. Pray that RUF and Grace Presbyterian will be good partners in the gospel.
- Pray for JR, that the Lord will draw near to him and watch over both his doctrine and his life.
- Pray for Mary to have productive devotional times and for endurance as she nurtures their children.
- Pray for Annie Lou, Gilbert, Francis, Dotsie, Elaine and Huey to know the Lord and serve him in childlike ways.
