Caleb Ministries ministers to women and families who have lost a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, early- infant death, or women who struggle with infertility or who are post-abortive. Changed Choices exists so that women who have experienced incarceration may lead restored lives marked by healthy decisions, self-sufficiency, and contribution to their communities. As followers of Christ, they empower currently and recently incarcerated women to achieve lasting, positive change through programming and personalized mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual support.

The mission of Matthews HELP Center is to provide short-term crisis assistance to neighbors in the greater Matthews community. Their vision is to be the central location in our community where help and resources are provided to those in need. The core values practiced daily by all staff state, “In everything we do, we will act with respect, compassion and a determination to improve the quality of life for those we serve.”

Metanoia’s mission is to engage, educate, and equip the Church for the discipleship, mentoring, and reintegration of prisoners. At present, they partner with more than 130 churches nationwide. The discipleship through correspondence ministry has grown to touch more than 1,300 prisoners each year and involves 500+ unique volunteers from reformed churches. The mentoring ministry has also expanded into a total of four facilities across the southeast and plans to expand into several more in the coming years. Since 2012, more than 300 volunteer mentors have been trained, and more than 500 prisoners have been individually mentored.

Project 658 is a Christ-centered, holistic ministry providing services for at-risk families in Charlotte, moving them toward sustainability; with a key focus on the international and refugee communities.

The QC PRC is a ministry to women facing unplanned pregnancies, which partners with the local church to serve her family, save her child, and share the gospel. According to recent data, more than 10,000 children lose their lives every year in Mecklenburg County. Nearly 60% of the abortions reported were performed on women who live outside Mecklenburg County. QCPRC is here to serve these women as well as those in our own community. We are strategically located near the city’s three abortion clinics.
